A wonderful second book in the series. Possibly better than the first. And then the twist and turns at the end. Insane. Def on team Grim! Can’t wait for the next book to come out.

The most intense and conflicting love triangle situation I've ever read
(fr got me chucking the book across the room)

Please tell me this series will have a third book 🙏🙏

1.25

A 1.25 is generous for a book with has many plot holes and badly written cliches as this, but what can I say, I’m easily entertained. This book channeled Katherine ‘it’s ok to love them both’ Pierce in the worst way possible. Both ‘relationships’ were dreadfully underdeveloped. Each ’love story’ was based on hating each other for months, then randomly having sex, then falling into a deep love (somehow). The series is so forgettable I had to call up my friend to ask if I had even read the first book when the 2nd on came off of hold. It’s a knockoff acotar written by a 12 year old ghostwriter and truly nothing could convince me otherwise. I never thought I would live to see the day where I yearn for characters of Sara j. Mass. When Tamlin is the better option, you’ve don’t something wrong.

not as good as the first, i fear she suffers from sequel syndrome. so predictable towards the end and towards the wrong man i fear. some twists got me but rlly this just left me unsatisfied. SPOILERS: i think it was obvious she was goin with grim she lit never even fucked oro like they never had a relationship at all and aster kept saying more about the relationship w grim that i was like ok girl we know
