I loved this so much. The powers that they have remind me of Fern Gully meets Troll In Central Park but also the avengers. So so good. I can’t wait for the third to find out what happens. The plot twist! I loved reading as she gradually got her memories back. So good!
THAT ENDING ????? PLSSSSS I NEED MORE 😭😩 on to the next book immediately 🙂↕️
Definitely better than the first one. I need the third book like now.

Writing is way better. Story structure is better. It be interesting to see the story through Grim and Oro mind though. So take that mind in the next book.
I'm kinda like Switzerland. I am a fan of both. Because they both want what's best for her. Her final memories, the reveal, after reveal. I was devastated. I have a feeling she's going to be ruler of all realms. I really hope she ends up killing Terra. I hope we get to see more of Enya and the others. I have a theory surrounding Enya death and I hope its not true.

Just like the first book getting through the beginning was difficult. It dragged on and not even the glimpses of the past were good enough to keep me wanting to read more. Isla became more insufferable in this book, even more than she was in the first. Her relationship with Oro was lacking, it’s like the author didn’t dare cross any lines because Grim was the obvious choice in the love triangle. I will praise the author for the final chapters, she gave lots of suspense, a great battle and like I said in my review of the first book one of the first love triangles that I truly find interesting and torn about who she should be with. But with prolonging so much the big reveals of how Isla and Grim, first met how they fell in love and everything leading up to the centennial she left so many pieces out, Mainly, Celeste, when did Isla mention her to Grim? How did he know who she truly was? what happened when he confronted her? What did they agree to, That he was willing to take the memories of the woman he loved and push her to seduce another man? This book was tedious to read and when it finally got good it left me with more questions than answers. Book one earned the fourth star because of the final chapters and ending this one lost it instead.
THE ENDING!?!??!
Team grim all the way
‘Don't touch my wife...’
Some ppl have said, 'idk who I would choose, grim or oro'
