A delectable collection of Grand Guignol gore and terror, first collection of his works that I have read. A few gems, even the misfires are still worth considering.

2.5?
I really enjoyed a few of the stories but a lot of them I just didn't care for. I have to admit I did skim read a few of them as well because I wasn't enjoying them. Not my favourite King.

An enjoyable, dark little story set in the Dust Bowl era (or thereabouts) that keeps you hooked right till the end. Highly recommended.

This was a very cool collection of short stories. It really demonstrated King’s versatility. I didn’t love all of these, but some I did especially enjoy were Bad Little Kid, Ur, Obits, and Summer Thunder. Really great stuff.

Not that his stories haven't always focused on life and death, but you can definitely tell that Mr. King is getting older. Many of these stories deal with aging and dying, but as he often says, the best ones have teeth.

Mindblowing compillation of stories. My favorite were 'Bad Little Kid', 'Under the Weather', 'Mister Yummy', and the list can go on...

3.5

This was my first Stephen King (wild, right!?)

My favorite stories were “The Dune,” “Bad Little Kid,” and “Ur.” Ur particularly made me want a full book!
