I'm just not sure. I thought things were going THIS WAY, but then things went ANOTHER WAY. Which way is the right way? Guilty? Innocent? I don't know. I need to talk about it.
However, this does make me pretty excited about a new Stephen King short story collection and I like that with this new collection (scheduled for Fall '15) he's going to include "autobiographical comments" at the beginning of each story.

For those of us who love Stephen King this is like spending time with an old friend who makes life feel exciting and a little bit scary.

This is probably my least favorite collection of Stephen King short stories. It might even be my least favorite King book ever. There were a few good stories, but mainly most of the stories were depressing and boring. I do not recommend this book.
Stephen King's short stories are among his best writing. I've read most of what he's written, so I had read some of these stories beforehand in various places, but I enjoyed re-reading them. And it's always fun to see references to some of his other stories whenever he writes. If you haven't read any of his short stories before, I think Skeleton Crew is a better collection, but this is still great.
This is not my favorite collection of Stephen king short stories. I was expecting more thrills and chills and horror. There were a few good stories in that genre but the rest were just so-so.
