The first book started out alright- sure the kids were nasty sometimes, but I never felt that it crossed a line. This book, however, includes every indicator of domestic violence and controlling tendencies between the two protagonists. This is a really unhealthy relationship and it SHOULD NOT be romanticized like it is in this novel. It is not ok to trap a woman and kiss her if she says no. It is not ok to stalk her and push away all of her other friends. This book made me sick, and the thought that young impressionable people might be out there reading it and thinking that it's romantic is terrifying!
Broken Prince starts where Paper Princess ended…. yeah… you know that cliffy of all cliff-ies of all time ending of Broken Prince!
Ella is gone, and Reed has a lot of explaining and fixing to do to get Ella back…even just back home not even back with him….
Erin Watt takes us through 1000 times more angst, twist and turns with this second book! Seriously you have no clue… omg… you just need to hang on for this ride!
You will hate Reed… omg.. seriously.. you will bleed for the Royals… You will cry with Ella and cheer for her strength… You will oooohhhh and ahhhhhhh and take a cold shower! But most of all you will die at the end.. and pray for the next book!

Still not a fan of the female narrator but I'm glad there is a male narrator for this book. Zachary Webber makes up for it.
Make sure you've read Paper Princess (book 1) before diving into this one. This isn't a series you can read out of order and you need to know what happened in the first book. Ella is so mad at Reed and the situation goes down toward the end of the first book.
Since Ella is avoiding Reed, he sets out to make things right. He knows she's the one and he didn't mean to hurt her. In this situation, I have to agree with him. It's not like he was telling a lie and she overheard it or anything like that. He was gob smacked and kinda blanked out when he needed to react in front of Ella. Now he has to make up for it.
Man this one had some major twists and turns. The moment I finished it, I started the next one. I HAVE to know what's going on and how it'll all play out. I can't really say much about this book because it'll ruin the first book (in case you're reading reviews to see if you want to start the series) or it'll ruin this book. From the first chapter through the last, you're learning new tidbits and dying to know more. Just trust me, you should read this.

Reeds Perspektive ist nur gut. Ganz okaye Handlung. Schockierender cliffhanger.
Yet again a catchy one! And exactly like the first part of the trilogy, this ended with a cliffhanger as well.
