Aren't you tired of minority characters being relegated to the background of our very white protagonists? Well, are you in for a surprise...
This is one of those very few stories whose ending defies the tropes of the genre. Joe Hill's writing and Gabriel Rodríguez' art will lead you one way but take you another. What a ride... So far this stands as my second favorite comic series I've read so far. I'm getting the definitive edition that's releasing this upcoming October for sure!

Wow, what an experience. I’m so glad I finally decided to read this series. Solid ending to an amazing series. I now need to check out both Joe Hill & Gabriel Rodriguez’s other work because I adored this so much

Fantastic series, dark but very emotional, with amazing plot and many deep meaningful dialogues for a graphic novel.

This series was great. Well drawn and well thought out. It’s just long enough to get you feeling for the Locke family. Will absolutely be rereading in the future. It’s like a better thought out more heartwarming Umbrella Academy.

I really enjoyed this whole comic series. It kept me guessing, was just scary enough, and it didn't feel like a story I've heard 100 times.

This series was excellent. Scary, funny, sad, did I mention scary already?

The resolution was...good, but not as good as I was hoping. There's a lot of stuff that happens in this book, and truck loads of dialogue. I have to admit, my eyes started to glaze over at one point.

But each of the Locke children played a crucial role, and the villain vanquishing was just the right tone. Not everybody lives, which is exactly what I look for with any story like this.

Really fantastic. I can't recommend this series enough.
