The jokes were not funny and the story line was a little bit all over the place, but I really liked the artwork. This just was not for me...

A little goofy, a little silly, Deadpool is classic, getting involved peripherally in the secret invasion storyline, without any real effect to the main plot. There is a little hint at the end as to something that may come up later, but unless you're a diehard Deadpool head, you're not going to choke up at missing it.

Baby's First Marvel!
Everyone and their mother has been raving about Marvels since forever. I got Kindle Unlimited and saw some of them were available so I thought, "Why not?". And since Deadpool is the one movie out of all of them I've seen and enjoyed..
This was dumb and fun, and not too hard to follow, considering I know nothing about that universe. Also damn his thigh is bigger than his head, huh. I love body proportions

The first three Secret Invasion issues are full of humor, violence, and connections to the bigger Marvel Universe. Medina and Barberi do a great job teaming up and describing the action scenes. I also love the double internal monologues. The other two issues are pretty much filler with zombies and T and A. However, the ending cliffhanger made me intrigued for the next issue.

Võtsin alustuseks yhe e-v suvalise "Deadpooli" ja tõesti, vastab ootustele: vägivald ja lõbu.

This is the first Deadpool comic written by Daniel Way I've read. Not sure which I prefer between him and Gerry Duggan. I found this version of Deadpool more serious/darker than Duggan's Deadpool but it still had plenty of humour which is pretty much a prerequisite when writing for this character. I think I actually preferred the second story line in this trade book, about a group of flesh eating zombies. The non-linear storyline was an interesting approach, plus who can resist a chair made out of plastic explosives?

Hilarious. Deadpool fights aliens and zombies while miraculously getting out of trouble and never getting paid for his mercenary work

Deadpool!!

I loved Deadpool before the movie came out. I always have. He is such a sassy ass. Deadpool will always get five stars from me, no matter how crappy the storyline!!
