This YA romance was a very cute and quick read, and definitely had Center Stage (the movie) vibes. But it would've been so much better with a different ending...

Overall, I enjoyed this story, particularly the focus on ballet and Paris, and even the mystery-solving subplot. Most of it perfectly fit the fluffy love story that I wanted to read in the spirit of Valentine's Day. However, the plot twist near the end was almost enough to make me stop reading the book with only three chapters left!

I’ve never been interested in ballet. Well, that’s not exactly true. I love ballet, the performance and the art of it, but not the actual physical work of it. But reading this book and reading how much Mia passionately loves dancing and how uplifting and wonderful she is. Her attitude and love for life makes me want to dance and go to Paris!
