IS THIS A DREAM?! A delicious marriage of my two favorite things in life- book boyfriends and food?! So many of my famous romance authors, so many of my favorite books, and some really yummy recipes.

This cookbook has it all- amazing apps, delicious desserts, mesmerizing main courses, and some colorful cocktails. I was so excited to try a few out, but I’ll admit, I’m not the best cook. Fortunately every recipe comes with a picture and a super easy recipe- and many of the recipes in this book use simple ingredients and aren’t too complicated. I decided to start with some simpler ones by some of my most favorite authors to celebrate the books I love.

I started with the delicious butternut squash soup inspired by Amelia Wilde’s Secret Beast. Leo Morelli is a favorite book boyfriend, so I just HAD to have the soup inspired by the fun scene where our growly alpha has his favorite soup. The recipe was super simple and the result was quite delicious. Add in some crusty bread, and I was ready to cuddle up with my warm soup and a re-read of one of my favorite Amelia series.

I also tried my hand at one of my favorite desserts, tiramisu, a sweet temptation inspired by one of my favorite Cora Reilly stories. This recipe was also surprisingly simple since it doesn’t require homemade lady fingers, and the result is a sweet temptation indeed. My only issue was I couldn’t stop sneaking spoonfuls of the cream!

I also really loved having a wedding themed cocktail inspired by an upcoming book by Monica Murphy with my favorite Dangerous Press character yet to get a book. This morning I also had breakfast tacos from a recipe inspired by one of Skye Warren’s stories. And I’m planning on trying my hand at the Black Swan inspired cheesecake next. I was also SO tickled to see a scone recipe from my favorite Melanie Harlow series. And there are SO many more. I can’t wait to try them all!

What a fun, clever, and delightful way to celebrate all the stories we love- I felt like I was dining with all my favorite authors and their mesmerizing characters.

What a great idea to make a cookbook out of recipes you can find in our favorite author's romance books. I absolutely enjoyed preparing and baking and eating :)
I'll definitely check out more recipes than I already have, because this book contains recipes for all occasions. Appetizers, soups, main dishes, desserts, cocktails, bakery.... all in there!
I totally recommend this book!!

The Happily Ever After Cookbook is available today and has some great recipes inspired by some of our favorite romances!⁣

I have a list of recipes I want to try, including Kandi Steiner’s whiskey BBQ sauce, but my sweet tooth was begging for these amazing Blueberry Lemon Thyme Scones! I made a huge mess but they were totally worth it! I wish I could share some with you so I don’t eat them all myself!⁣

Be sure to check this out!! ⁣

Thank you to Valentine PR and Dangerous Press for an eARC of this gorgeous cookbook in exchange for my honest opinion! ⁣

Thank you Valentine PR for the ARC of this cookbook provided in exchange for an honest review.

I absolutely love cookbooks based on tv shows and books and loved being able to make some recipes from some of my favorite romance books.

There are huge color images of each recipe, a blurb about which book it is from, and easy to follow instructions. I made the Diablo Cookies from Giana Darling's Inked in Lies (and ate way too many of them), a butternut squash soup from Secret Beast by Amelia Wilde, and Jafar's cocktail from Desperate Measures.

There's a wide range of recipes from tacos, to main courses (coq au vin from Tears of Tess looks SO GOOD), soups, breakfast, desserts, and cocktails. I can't wait to make something else next!

Cooking just got a whole lot sexier! I absolutely love this idea! When I first saw that some talented authors got together to write a cookbook, I thought it was so creative and I needed to get my hands on it because I love cooking! So cooking and reading collided my two worlds. There are appetizers, entrees, desserts, breakfast, and of course, cocktails. Cant wait to try the entire cookbook; it’s great for any type of occasion!

Fun interesting recipes. My only knock is that some of them require me to go out and buy kitchen products I do not own- immersion blender, instant pot, wok, etc.

I did love the insight the authors gave to both the food and the stories which inspired them.
