Love me a weird ass little book like this. It reminded me of one of my all time favs, [b:This is How You Lose the Time War|43352954|This is How You Lose the Time War|Amal El-Mohtar|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1653185078l/43352954._SX50_.jpg|58237743]. If you like that, you'll love this. I finished in a couple of hours. The beginning was a bit rough with some unnecessary pandering about ~society~ but the author found his footing pretty fast and I went from rolling my eyes to not being able to put the book down. loved loved loved. 4.5/5
