3 stars (OMG I CAN GIVE HALF STARS ON STORYGRAPH??? this doesn’t deserve a 3.5 imo but i’m tempted just because i could if i wanted to)

i was let down by this book in all honesty. the secret identities trope in this book was SO LAME BECAUSE ITS SPOILED ON THE BLURB OF THE BOOK?? LIKE I WANT TO HAVE OPTIONS FOR WHO THE PERSON COULD BE?? plus while reading it, the reader isn’t ever told who alex is. until the big reveal. so why did it need to be spoiled in the blurb? i’m tired of giving away the whole book in the blurb, society has moved past the need for that. anyway that’s my main point of contention. other than that it’s okay.
