LISTEN. This book successfully does exactly what it set out to do and I love it for that. A few repetition issues and some problematic descriptions that I could have done without but overall genuinely a fun experience. Will be picking up the next one!🤭

Just not what I like to read. I tried because of the overwhelmingly good reviews but I just couldn't get into it not matter how much I tried. The 1st chapter was also the grossest thing ever.

I’m actually so embarrassed to have read this that I considered not rating/reviewing it at all. Without a doubt the worst book I’ve ever read, I can’t believe booktube convinced me this was good. 
Trigger warnings galore!! 
There is alien rape in the first chapter, and the love story begins and continues with very blatant lack of consent, aliens aside this AIN’T IT. Bad bad bad bad bad.

Did I think I would enjoy alien erotica? Nope. But here we are! A little rough around the edges in terms of writing style but the story is entertaining and intriguing and the characters are charming as shit. There were some repetitive bits and it’s a little disappointing not knowing much about the aliens who abducted all these women, but the romance (?) and the courage of both groups of people in this story was captivating.

The first third of the book compared to the rest is complete tonal whiplash. V graphic description of rape and sexual assault followed by the other 2/3 of the book being like hehe sexy alien. Wild.
