Make Me Want is a good fit for readers looking for a lighthearted and funny contemporary romance that explores themes of self-discovery, friendship, and the complexities of love and desire.

Ah yes, the joys of dealing with guilt. Friends to not to client? It sounds odd but this is anything but...

Make Me Want is a friends to client with benefits book. Or maybe it's a fairytale? He's wanted her forever. She wants his help. Guilt compelled him to do as she asks. Her desire keeps her going back for more.

This steamy, lusty affair is going to keep you busy and engaged. Straying from these pages while reading is not likely, no, because Make Me Want does just that.

Listen I was on board until the last page. It felt rushed and uncharacteristic of both of the main characters- Specifically what they said.

Make Me Want is a hot, quick read. I readily admit that it has a ridiculous premise but I enjoyed it and I'm looking forward to reading the next book in the series.

*** Full review for this is now live on my blog! ***

I really disliked this all because of the whole plot - it's based around Lucy needing to find a fake husband as she won't get a promotion because of it and what a load of rubbish that is! I find that whole notion and concept so backwards and ridiculous and I honestly can’t believe that a book written in 2017 is using this as a plot point and as an excuse to find a bloody fake husband to get around it!! Plus, despite the fact that Lucy is looking for a complete stranger to make her husband by the end of year, she refuses to tell Gideon her true feelings for him in case she ruins their friendship! How about you tell him and marry him as it's clear you both have strong feelings or each other instead of marrying some random stranger that you've known for 2 minutes!

The writing for this book is what saved it slightly and despite the bad plot points is was a well written book and the sex scenes were super steamy. But ultimately, as mentioned above I couldn’t get over all the bad plot points which is why I rated this 2 stars.
