The books are a touch of taboo for a reason. Katee knows how to write stories that get you immediately attached to the characters.

Holy wow GIFTING ME TO HIS BEST FRIEND was HOT HOT HOT! Of course I knew this going in but Katee Robert never disappoints when it comes to sexy romances. In this case I was pleasantly surprised by how much heart and intimacy was also included in addition to the non-stop sexy times.
Emma and Grayson have a great marriage -- they love each other deeply, they have an active and exciting sex life, and a strong friendship with Grayson's college friend Derek. But a simmering attraction also exists between Derek and Emma though neither would ever act on it. Enter Grayson's idea for a little Christmas fun where he gives Emma to Derek as a Christmas present and of course he'll watch because it's more fun that way. But feelings quickly get tangled and things change from Grayson just watching to being actively involved. Both Grayson and Derek are bisexual but they've never admitted their feelings for each other for fear of ruining their friendship. Things were on fire when it was just Emma and Grayson or Emma and Derek but once all three are together it's like the center of the sun hot!
I loved seeing these three explore each other, not just physically but also emotionally. I also loved all the communication between the characters, especially Emma and Grayson. There's never any shame when someone asks for what they want and there's never any doubt that all sides are enthusiastically engaged in the gifting and then later the ménage scenario. Things progress pretty fast in the last chapters and the angst is resolved quickly so that Emma, Grayson, and Derek can be together.

It was much better than I hoped based on the cover. And I give a whole * just because it's mxm and not just men sharing a woman.
