Didn't like the story telling much.
But hey its the first time i read a superman comic.
Quite interesting
Getting right to the middle of the story, no origins story whatsoever!
Did you see the freaky woman who stood calmly in the train panel!!
Turns out her name is Pandora, i don't know who the hell she is, but i gotta research more, since she apparently for some reason, appeared in every #1 issue in the new 52, does that make her like the watcher oato in marvel?!
I hope to finish this series before the end of the year, it would be epic if i managed to do it, along side everything else i am reading these days.
2020 Read.

Ainsss

If you think you know Superman, Grant Morrison will show you another look at him, another way that his origin can be taken, and tweaked to show the same man, and yet a different man.

This was the whole point of the New 52 that DC comics brought out. Not exactly a reboot, because the origin remains very similar, but a sideways glance, a look at a world where the government was very aware that something had come to earth, and were trying to track it down.

I enjoyed the retelling. There are probably purists what would complain.

We read this in class today. The consensus was that this was a return to 1938's "smash stuff" Superman, but I liked it because it has a lot of potential for growth. I might have to look into this series now.
