Overall I'd say it wasn't quite as powerful as the first book in the series but it wasn't a dud by any means either. I enjoyed it. I'm glad it was written. The back and forth in narration was wonderful, I loved hearing things from Atlas POV. There was one chapter in particular that was so emotional I had to stop everything else I was doing and just listen (I read the audiobook version).

“Sometimes people think if they love a broken person enough, they can be what finally repairs them, but the problem with that is the other person just ends up broken, too.”

I love that we got more of the story with Atlas and Lily. This was everything and more! I loved watching Lily grow as a mother and standing up for herself to raise her daughter away from abuse and conflict. I absolutely love Colleen Hoovers books I can’t praise them enough!

This book was good. I just don't feel like we needed a whole book on the events that take place after the first book. I don't know maybe I am just being picky. I just don't know if this book was really needed.

When I tell you I got so giddy when I found out that is book was duel-pov. Getting Atlas's POV was so refreshing. I feel like finally getting to see a man treat Lily like she deserves to be treated was so nice. It was like the cherry on top of the cake for me.

I did really like the stuff that happens with Atlas and
his brother
. I thought it was very nice to see how Atlas handled the situation. He went about the situation in all the right ways. I just can't say a bad thing about Atlas. Maybe thats why I liked this book so much.

I don't really have much to say other than I am happy with how things ended and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

Im glad lily has moved on and has stood up for herself. And hearing more of atlas side was nice but man his letters are long and wordy
