I devoured this series last year so this is my second read through and I enjoyed it more this time than the first, I took my time and picked up on the bits I missed.

Robert and Carlos are great lead detectives even if they were on a wild goose chase. It wouldn’t be any fun if they figured it out in the first 10 pages though would it. The killings are full on and not for the faint of heart but I enjoy the whole lot and will continue to make my way slowly through the series again.

Chris Carter has become my favourite author and I always look forward to a book coming out in this series.
