The good reads choice awards really needs to start divided the graphic novels into YA, middle grade and adult. This was very much middle grade and felt way too young I think. The artwork was pretty though. I thought this would be YA

What an enchanting read! We need more fantasy for queer youth. Ostertag delivers on that.
