Once again I’m just cringing at the verbiage. I have highlighted some terms in this book as well.
Other than that, this one was okay. Emelle is top-tier cringe, I used to love her, but after the second book I just kind of feel embarrassed for her and her mates. Okot is still going strong for my favorite character. He is so sweet. I’m honestly sad that I don’t like this series, the world building is amazing and I feel like there is so much that could have been done. But instead once they had sex it was all about sex and everything else was back burner. And Emelle ending up with so much power? She became that kid that you didn’t want to play with because they made themselves so stupid strong, like all the other kids wanted to talk to animals and fly and that kid wanted to be able to control people’s mind and control time and death. It just feels like everything ended up spiraling out of control in this series. I wanted more story, honestly, I think that is why I ended up losing interest. I would love a Lex and Belren spin off. I feel awful for Lex that she is just so broken over his death.

I died.. this was amazingly hilarious and adorable!
Remeeting the parents and giving some training while heavily pregnant was outstanding but what couldn't our cupid do at this point.
There were so many elements to this story but it all meshed well without feeling weird.. I appreciated the interest between Emelle and Resha. We all know she loved her lol
My favorite scene of the whole book was the birth.. it had me rolling so hard dude! It was true but overly exaggerated like we all like to do regarding birthing.
This book gave me the happily ever after I wanted and it was glorious but I don't want to leave these characters behind!

I never got around to reading this the first time I read this series because well, pregnancy and babies and it’s not really my thing, but this was honestly the cutest. It was a nice little send off until next visit. It was a fun easy read that had me giggling and smiling the whole time. I will forever love Emelle and her boys. ♥️
