This instalment follows Dead Boat in a fine fashion. I’m inexplicably drawn to the haunting worlds the author builds in these novellas—grim, gross, and yet I can’t look away. Dead Town is a thoroughly enjoyable historical horror read. And I am excited to see how the third book plays out!

Although this was the second book from the trilogy and I couldn't reas the first one, I was able to understand the main avtion that was happening. It's almost RARE to read a book from the second volume and literary be new to the story, but also to manage to fully understand the character development, their relationships and also what is actually GOING ON even though a part of the story is missing drom your mind. Impressive!
