Oscillated between really loving it and just despising it.

Unique concept and gets off to a decent start, but then seems to drag on forever, and then we'd get somewhere, and then drag on, and so on and so forth. In the end, it fell a bit flat and predictable and not worth the trouble.

It also took me a ridiculous amount of time to keep straight that Todd was the child. But that's on me.

If you go for this one, I'd opt for Kindle or hardcover, I think audio was a mistake.

What a unique way to tell a story. I enjoyed the whole backwards aspect, and kept wondering what I would do had I woken up in the past. On the other hand, this story drug a little, and I did figure it out quicker than it unfolded. The ending was also a bit sloppy and a tad confusing.

I will be picking up more by this author in the future.

This pulled me in right from the start, when Jen watched her son stab someone to death, and then wakes up the next day, but it’s the day BEFORE her son stabbed someone. She kept going back in time more and more each time she slept until she unraveled the mystery.

Each time I thought I knew what was going on, a new piece of the puzzle, a new day, offered more information.

I had about 20 different theories thought reading this, but I only got two right in the end. The twists are amazing, and some I didn’t see coming until a few sentences before it was revealed.
