Questa rilettura ha riconfermato questo libro al primo posto tra i miei preferiti di Mondo Disco.
Il motivo è che alla meravigliosa inventiva di Pratchett e alla follia di Mondo Disco si aggiunge il tema delle storie e del lieto fine. Temi che mi stanno particolarmente a cuore e per questo mi rendono così caro questo romanzo.

Granny, Nanny, and Magrat show why it's important to have good witches on the disc. Granny's sister shows why the bad witches shouldn't have free rein.

The witches series is possibly one of my favourite series, and granny Weatherwax one of my all time favourite characters. In this context I was always going to love this book and, that, I most certainly did. Terry Pratchett wrote like no one else and there's so something incredibly special about getting to experience stories through this perspective.
