Okay book. Good message and but sometimes the author takes a long time to prove his point or I feel like he’s ranting and gets off topic. Overall, decent read and It has changed the way I look at life as a whole.

I would come back for chapter 8 and 9. The book had good info, a different perspective on the same info that’s discussed in many other self help books. It’s decent and worth the read. I guess I’m rating lower because I’ve heard this info so much in my time as a counselor, it feels repetitive. Also not sure how much I appreciate a self help
Book written by a white male, as his experiences/views/approaches aren’t going to work for many other genders and ethnicities.

Every time I read a self help book I am reminded how much I don’t like them. Especially one written by a man.
