This series is just as good as I remember it being when I was 11. I wish I'd been able to hunt down a copy of this when I was that age because I would have been feral over it. Quality series right here.

I do wish there was a bit more at the end to see reunions more and how life continued after this, but I found it came together nicely.

3.5-4 stars. It's finally over! Definitely the longest on-going series I've ever waited for. It was nice to see the conclusion of certain characters and to see where everyone ended up, though I wish there'd been a little more time at the end to really cover everyone's proper ending. The extremely short chapters that switched viewpoints every time were frustrating (starting from the last book) though I eventually got used to it--didn't like it, but got used to it. The Dimblethum's story was interesting and I liked how it all tied together. It kind of makes me want to go back and reread the first one, though I read it so many times I could probably recite it word for word.

I kind of got bogged down with this. Not that it isn't good, but it's awfully long and if you read much, it's not hard to figure out most of what's going to happen. I've enjoyed the Unicorn Chronicles, but I don't think I'd ever read them again--there's an awful lot of good solid fantasy for kids out there, and this is no better than a lot of things.

This was a good wrap up for the series, there were some things in this book that I wouldn't recommend for younger readers. I would suggest this more for young adult.

The strongest of the four books, I think, and Fallon's arc gave the whole series a bit more weight. Love Rajiv and the Squijim. Really kind of annoyed by the...twist...with Cara.
