A truly immersive and exciting read in the dystopian/science fiction category. If you haven't read Wool, you're really missing out.

Do not recommend, especially if you are irked by a lack of attention to detail and a lack of writing in accordance with how things actually work in reality. If you enjoy it when some of the characters are likeable, interesting, and well fleshed-out, you'll be disappointed there, also. It's simply poorly written and poorly thought out, while also being derivative and cliche.
LOVED this book, which is a compilation of Wool 1 through Wool 5. Highly recommend this up and coming new author. Upon finishing, I was very happy to learn that Wool 6 and 7 are already out and available on Amazon.

Took me ages to finish this, too long, too slow, didn't connect with any of the characters, quite cliché.
Great story with some really good characters. I really enjoyed this tale and look forward to reading the other books in the Silo saga.
Time is unclear, and humanity has been driven underground to live in 150 floor silos. Those who transgress are sent outside in the toxic air to "clean". And then one woman survives.
This is a reasonably entertaining set of science fiction-y stories. There are two more parts to come, each one encompassing several parts themselves. But it's a good read for a train or plane ride. Possibly even a beach read if you're into science fiction. It's not the most compelling well-written piece ever, but I think it's enjoyable.
