What a great book. A 360 degree view of life and loss, no matter how temporary. All the moments, unsaid words, unlived plans. It’s a call to being more present and to love fuller. Sure, at the end of the day grief will always bring regret, but I think knowing you did your best and loved your hardest could be the companion you need to get through it.

i was stupid and got pretty confused for the last section, another woman, for a while which is the reason why its not 5 stars along with how the dad changed kind of overnight. so basically 5 stars but I'm stupid. but it was a really nice book. i loved chi-hon’s part the most maybe because i saw myself. i had this book checked out for a while. but it took a long time for me to finish. It was really sad. I cant find the private notes section in the goodreads app. The app kinda sucks
