This was cute! I loved the friendship between the main character and the students she meets when she moves overseas. The romance component was good and showed how living in two different worlds was complex for the characters. I found the main character’s mother really challenging in terms of the way she interacts with her daughter.

This was a super cute story, but what really got me was the food references. The characters were fun and it was nice following all the teenagers attempt to make their dreams come true, but the food (so good!).

This book was really cute. I thought the concept was fun and I liked all the characters. I didn’t love the ending, I felt like it was a little rushed. I wasn’t expecting it to end when it did, I felt like it needed more. Besides that, I really enjoyed the book. It was so cute.

CUTEST COUPLE CUTEST COUPLE!!!
I absolutely adore this book, it is just so cozy and perfect. There's a great romance, great friendships, great main characters, and a great conversation about responsibility and the importance of putting your needs before the needs of others.
This book really represents my favorite type of YA romance. The combination of cutesy, adorable romance and the coming of age like growth of the main characters. I really think my only complaint would be that I wish the ending was longer! I am a sucker for happy endings and I wish we got to see more of what happened after the story. The ending we do get is super cute though, so I'm not too upset.
I definitely recommend this book to anyone in need of a cute read, I will definitely be coming back to it in the future when I need a comfort book.
