What can I say about Priest? It has some really interesting parts. Our priest was pretty young and human, quite possibly he became a priest from the wrong reasons and that is why things went the way they did, but I’m not sure that outweighed the dragging inner monolog. I get that our priest has a guilt complex, that is understandable even, but we dedicated quite a lot of page time to it throughout the book. This inner guilt monolog really started to make the story drag the last half of the book and I started skimming through these parts of the story. The other issue that bugged me was the ending, I didn’t really find that last 10% believable.

Yeah I take back all the skepticism I had when this book started circulating instagram and TikTok. Besides the smut being delicious I was not expecting an actual sweet romance. I am rooting for Tyler and Poppy, and could read a whole series of just them.

New kink unlocked?

There was not really a backstory but I loved it regardless and it made me sad.
