I didn't realize this Jessica Claire was the same Jessica Claire as Go Hex Yourself Jessica Claire. However, it quickly dawned on me exactly who wrote this book. The amnesia plot was definitely not researched. The FMC was an absolute idiot and the MMC was not much better. Safe to say I did not enjoy. The writing is bad and cringey. I don't think she has ever been to Montana or Wyoming (they don't talk like that).

This is book 1 of the Wyoming Cowboys Series! This is my first book by this author and definitely won’t be my last (I will for sure be binging this whole series this month!) It was the perfect book to start the Holiday season!! This book reminded me so much of a hallmark movie, that’s probably why I really enjoyed it so much. If you love a grumpy cowboy and sunshine heroine that has amnesia this book is for you! It was the perfect warm and cozy, feel good story. Oh and we cannot forget about the slow burn, and some steamy scenes 🥵 Running to read the second book now!

Man saves woman, and woman saves him right back.

Eli rescues Cass after a nasty car accident. Cass rescues Eli from his loneliness. Even with concussion-induced amnesia, bruised ribs, and various injuries, she can't help but fall for the chivalrous, hunky, yet brooding cowboy. For his part, Eli is doing all he can to take care of Cass and help her heal, even if it means ignoring his attraction to her and trying to keep his hands to himself. Cass has a kind soul and endless optimism, just what Eli has been missing all his life. Protective, dependable, and caring, Eli is everything Cass has dreamed of. Throw in a few cute pups and some Christmas spirit, and you've got an adorably sweet love story. Jessica Clare has gained a new fan -- I can't wait to read more of her work!
