Fun Read. After reading this you'll giggle every time someone talks about "closing the loop."

This was a super fun read that at the start I totally thought I'd give 5 stars, as it's really attuned to my interests but because it covered such a broad range of topics, I found myself slightly lost in some of the facts/information, it was at time overwhelming. I rate this book super highly still though as that was not a frequent occurrence. In general this book brought humour, science and prediction together to create a collection of knowledge and thought provoking processes for the reader.

I was not sure about this book when I picked it up. I liked the premise, but I was wary. I found though that I enjoyed it much more than I expected. I appreciated the mix of humor and science. I felt certain points I did not need explaining, but I may not be the general audience. Overall I was glad I read it and now feel more informed about scientific developments.

Can’t put a finger on it but this didn’t do it for me the way City in Mars did, but there’s some fun and interesting tech. The space travel stuff didn’t feel all that relevant but the medical and nuclear stuff was probably my favorite.
