I enjoyed this continuation of the story and the growth each character had made. There were some drawn out points that were a little silly but overall to have a happy ending in a lesbian focused story is wonderful. Also the historical fiction points tie in well and it makes the reader wonder "how many other war criminals got away? How many other people were truly harmed even if not in concentration camps?"

Truly Original Historical Lesbian Romance
Where Shadows Linger is an amazingly original love story set in Australia. Think Brokeback Mountain with women set in the Australian Outback.
Moving, loving, and touching; the author has done an amazing job with her storyline and the development of her characters. Eva and Zoe are beautifully described and are real characters readers will connect with.
Truly enjoyable loving read.
