The writing in this book is so beautiful. As always. Her novels are so short, yet pack such a powerful punch in such few pages. Not a lot happens in her stories however the vibe is so strong and you feel stirred and touched by the story, its characters and surroundings.

I was pleasantly surprised by the content. The book cover was clearly deceiving. Picked up this as it could be read in a day but clearly it will stay in my brain for longer than it supposed to be.
