Eine bezaubernde Geschichte von Anne Elliot, die sich ihren Ex-Fiance Captain Wentworth zurückwünscht, der gerade wieder in ihrem Leben auftaucht. Vor meinem Besuch in Bath nächsten Monat wollte ich es unbedingt lesen.
Captain Wentworth ist für mich fast genauso bezaubernd wie Mr. Darcy, man hofft und schmachtet mit Anne mit. 
Ich konnte die Gefühle so gut nachvollziehen (besonders aktuell) wie es ist, die Liebe eines Verflossenen, der immer im Herzen geblieben ist, herbei zu sehen.
Manchmal ist diese Abweisung schlimmer als die eines Fremden. Jedenfalls eine absolute Zeitreise. Ich bin aber dankbar, dass man heutzutage besser kommunizieren kann. 😄

I really enjoyed this book in audio form. Cynthia Erivo as the narrator is brilliant. I definitely need to reread in physical form to get all the details but I love jane austen and this is a really interesting story.
