Liked the story - but oversimplified the reasons for bullying/abuse in a way I thought was very unuseful and too sympathetic to abusers. Also put too much of the responsibility of escaping abuse on a teenagers shoulders for my liking, I wish it showed more support from the adults around her.

It was interesting listening to it on audio with overlapping narration. A bit too like literary fiction for me but I'm glad I listened to it.
