Not gonna lie, I finished this ages ago and could have sworn I'd reviewed it then o.o

This is not fresh in my mind, but I remember that I adored every dark word, that Lee's and Eigener's worlds came together beautifully in this shared story. If two authors were ever meant to craft a novel together, it's these two.

Time spent with Clove is never wasted. A chance at getting a peek of Teal is always welcome. And meeting Vauquelin? Now that was a treat, one that got me rather curious as to who is this mysterious vampire I had yet to hear of. Might go in search of him, in the near future... or maybe in his past?
Loved it. Honestly loved it, felt like I was back in the 1990s when GOOD vampire novels found their way into my head, filled with mood and ambiance.
