This is the first thriller I've ever read. I was very engaged. That being said, the writing was laughably atrocious. This guy is in love with the dramatic isolated-sentence-as-paragraph structure.

Just to make things INTENSE.

Truly, if the writing had been better, I would have rated this higher. As it is, I'd recommend this to someone who wants to survive a long flight.

NOTE: This doesn't spoil anything.

I could have done without the last plot twist, also. It didn't add anything and tried too hard. For as action-packed as this book was, it was rife with unnecessary detail. (Knowing that he ate a ham sandwich hardly informed me of who the character is, and learning that one of the henchmen had a wife [who was mentioned once and named, for some reason:] who was concerned about his remembering to take his insulin shot was curious. In case you are wondering, no, him being a diabetic never had relevance to the plot nor did it come up again.)

Still, very fun thriller. 3.5 stars.

I enjoyed the story even though there was some slower parts. The mystery was good and kept me listening!

This was a great read for me. I enjoyed the characters and I loved the story. It was written in a mix of different point of views without having the sometimes weird same scene from different points of view going on.
David’s wife has been murdered and he is merely existing until 8 years later dead bodies are found and he gets a cryptic email from beyond the grave.
What happens next is a mix of “I know how this story goes” and “what the hell is going on”. So a great thriller with twists up until the end and a delightful “I don’t know” in the final pages.

Tell No One by Harlan Coben is a fast-paced thriller with buried secrets! Dr. David Beck lost his wife eight years ago, everyone tells him it is time to move on but he just cannot let her go. A mysterious message appears on his computer, the cops come sniffing back around, and everyone seems to be hiding something.

I really enjoy Harlan Coben’s writing! This was exactly what I was looking for. A nice fast-paced thriller that was quick and easy to read. I loved the suspense! I also enjoyed how the characters were not all what they seemed either in a good or bad way! The twists were twisting and the plot was plotting!

Definitely would recommend to those who want a quick fast-paced domestic thriller with buried secrets, deception, and betrayal!

His wife was murdered by a serial killer, or so he thought.

But when he gets an email of surveillance of his very much alive wife.

They find 2 bodies on the property where she was presumed dead and one of them was believe to be the one that killed the wife. So no they want to reopen the investigation to find out what really went on.

Long story short. His father in law knew all along that she wasn’t dead but they knew she was in some trouble. So they faked her death.

But the people looking for her knew she wasn’t dead and was recking havoc and killing the people close to her to find her.

This book was incredible! I'm not a big mysteries person, but this book had me on the edge of my seat from start to finish. I'm already making a list of other books by Harlan Coben that I need to read.
