The book does a great job reframing anxiety. Rather than something to be medicated and stigmatized, Sarah embraces her anxiety as a key part of her identity. She highlights both the negatives and positives of her condition, offering strategies and tactics to those who suffer from anxiety (or to those whose loved ones do). Besides the occasional stress-out, anxiety is not a serious problem for me, but this book did a lot to help me better understand the condition and, ultimately, to better empathize with those who suffer from it.

I enjoyed the structure / layout of the book and found it easy to follow. The book both resonated and offered helpful insights.

It was pretty good. Anyone with anxiety or depression with find something to relate to in these pages. I really feel like this book falls into the category of self-help as much as it does a memoir. However, there are some messages that aren't fleshed out enough and are left with dangerous paths open to the mind to follow. Worth reading and thinking about.

What a journey. Highs and lows and many head nods. Gushing tears and gut wrenching moments, but overall a sense of comfort and inspiration. Exceeded every expectation by far and provided a candid, honest insight into the depths of living with anxiety and other mental health issues.
