Great srory arc that brought back several characters from Cap's past. I really liked the art work as well.

Some of my lack of enthusiasm about this one comes from not having all the Cap History. So when a character was introduced as having been a brainwashed former friend of Steve's, I was like, "... okay." Not knowing all the history can less the impact of a reveal if the leg work isn't set up. And this wasn't. :/
But, uh, the rest of the comic was great!

This was really terrible. Not only are the characters completely utterly bland, the art is cringe-worthy and the dialogue laughable, with weirdly emphasized words, which makes for some hilarious times if you read it aloud. So while I'll always have fond memories and some inside jokes because of this, I still think it's pretty awful.
(Yup, same review as for Vol 1 and Vol 2. And I do this because it's true for all of them.)

Something about the Witness Protection Program... Look it was boring. There's no getting around it.

This wasn't really anything to write home about.
Brubaker was on autopilot and it really reads. Weirdest of all, Steve gets upset with Sharon for a perfectly reasonable reaction to a tense situation. I didn't appreciate that. This was a very forgettable storyline, to be honest.

3.5* - much better than Vol.2, but not as good as others in the series that I gave 4* to (which is kind of why I don't like a number-based rating system in the first place). Short, good story, not cartoony.

I read this two days ago and can hardly remember what happened in it. It wasn't bad. It just wasn't ... memorable.
I have no idea why Sharon seems so jealous of Rachel, and this is particularly annoying since it's the first sign of actual characterization she's shown since The Road to Reborn.
