A quick, easy and super informative guide to psychological ideas, covering approaches such as cognitive to biological, discussing key figures in psychology from Freud to Pavlov and providing useful information. It was greater wider reading for my A~level psych class and a brilliant source for solidifying my knowledge. If you’re interested in psychology, I’d recommend picking this up, I definitely learned a lot!

Skims the surface of many psych theories and experiments but I found it a bit disjointed and didn't find my flow
