Clockwork Igni is the ninth book in the “Angelbound: Origins” series, but higher if you read the other series too and I haven’t lost interest. Bauer is that good. Never mind, I seriously have a crush on Myla. Now I mention the number of the book, but even if you have never read one before, I think you can get away without having read one before. Bauer is good at the recap.

Christina Bauer never disappoints!

Clockwork Igni follows Myla and Lincoln as they try to save Purgatory. Again. Of course, Myla's un-concerned, curious nature is the reason for the outbreak of the Forbidden Tombs and all the igni have been stolen. Could it get worse? Probably.

Reminiscent of the Greek Titans escaping their underworld prison and the wild adventures of The Mummy Trilogy, I thoroughly enjoyed this new installment to the Angelbound Origins series. Highly recommend.

I received a complimentary ecopy of this book for my participation in a blog tour with Xpresso Book Tours. All opinions are my own.
