I want to go on a dating show but my experience has to be like Zoe’s or I’m not with it

Why don't more people read Danielle Allen? She's witty and speaks to social issues and writes amazing and hot characters. This is my 3rd book by her and they have all been amazing.

This is my first book by Danielle Allen (shocking), and I'm completely obsessed! I picked this book up on a whim and missed the Bachelor a little bit and this did NOT disappoint!

From the jump I loved everything about this book:
♥ A strong, loveable, boss woman
♥ All of the behind the scenes drama that comes with being on a reality dating show
♥ Zoe's friendship with Koko, and a few of the women in the house
♥ Julian Winters!!!!!!
♥ And a love story that will make you jealous, but also fills you with hope to find that kind of love

Though Zoe & Julian's relationship was a little inta lovey, it was written in a way where I didn't mind it at all and it worked so well. I'm obsessed with these two!

I wanted to love it because Danielle Allen is one of my favorite authors. Something about this book just didn't click for me. I did enjoy the ending, so I plan to read the sequel.

I'm definitely into The Bachelor franchise, so this was enjoyable for me. Zoe and Julian were both very likable.

“You illegally accessed my personal information and forged documents in order to submit an application for me to compete on a show that I don’t watch and don’t believe in to get me back for joking on you?”

The question was met with immediate silence.

After thirty seconds, Koko cleared her throat. “Too far?”

“Hell yes!”

Absolutely adored this book. This book had me laughing by the second page, and it has one of the best “love/lust at first sight” scenes I’ve ever read. The chemistry and sexual tension radiated from the page.

The One takes place during a reality TV show dating competition (yes, just like the one you’re thinking of

I was told this was an insta-love book (and it basically was), and I don't usually go in for those, but I've been on a big reality tv book kick lately, so I thought I'd give it a go.
I'm glad I did. This one was sweet and fun, and the relationship still had an interesting angle even though the characters were already in love.

I would absolutely read Bailey's story.
