I didn’t vibe with the pacing of this one. I was struggling to get through the middle, the end got interesting, but it just felt so much longer than it needed to be.

A very solid book 2 though i expected nothing less. The relationships between Elise and the guys continues to grow. There are bad guys around every corner.
I do find her a bit of a hypocrite. She wants the guys to be honest and embrace their best versions but she gets to stay bent on vengeance and keep her secrets?
Eh. But that's a character flaw to further the plot and not a fault in the story itself. Good series so far.
