Very expositional writing style with no real adherence to the plot structure. Rich wold-building should adhere to the plot. As such, Rowling leaves too many unsolved plot holes.
20 spells mentioned in the entire series should put Hermoine as the top mage in the world. The wild is shown to have several magical nations, yet despite this, the only protection from Voldy comes from a high school? Also nothing can convince me that Horcruxes were not an afterthought, deus ex brought in. Also among the only diverse characters are a black man named Kingsley Shacklebolt and an Asian student(origin unknown) named Cho Chang. How Rowling got away with naming these characters, only the publishing house knows.
And this is before we even touch the author’s flagrant and horrid transphobic stance. Definitely recommend the Bartimaeus Trilogy by Jonathan Stroud or the Patternist series by Olivia Butler as much better fleshed-out fantasy novels.

No me lo he "leído", pero me sé la historia entera porque una amiga está obsesionada. Me lo he estado poniendo de fondo en audiolibro ilegal para dormir, no apoyen a transfobas racistas y clasistas.
