2.5. Plays out like Saw meets The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, which sounds a lot better than it ends up being. Wastes a lot of time going for shock value, but does have some genuinely suspenseful moments.

Not a book for the faint of the heart! You'll find yourself engrossed and not wanting to put this book down. Definitely worth the read, but reader beware of the extensive foul language and gore that occurs In the book. If you can get past that, you won't be disappointed.

I’m a die hard thriller girly and lover of horror movies, but this book alone was enough for me to be one and done with the horror genre in the book world. This book is gruesome, traumatizing, horrific and will likely leave a lasting impression on my brain. One of those books where you wonder if the author is alright after thinking up something so terrible and putting it on paper. I’m sure to lovers of the genre this book will easily be 5 stars, but it’s just not for me.
