The Two Lions by Nagisa Furuya

With manga, more recently, I’ve liked to rate a series at the end with the final volume. I just couldn’t really think of a star rating for this one-shot. I’m not a big fan of the art style, and the characters were fun, but the last chapter was kind of absurd and it almost ruined the story for me. I think I just wasn’t into Onizuka’s whole background. Well maybe a year from now I’ll try it again, and I’ll have a different opinion.

Lovely lovely lovelyyyyyyyyyyy

First off I loved Nagisa Furuya's other work so it's no surprise I loved this manga! I actually liked it better than her other work I've read, My summer of you. It was much more 'real I guess. The characters were easier to follow and due to almost the entire story taking place in a school setting, it was much easier to follow. Overall Furuya is an amazing mangaka! I'd definitely read much more by her!
