Many laugh out loud moments, the twist was sort of predictable but it had a great resolution. Loveable characters even with their flaws. A book to read quickly in a day when looking for a romance with a touch of darkness and craziness.

Oh, let me tell you about this.

From the moment I started reading, I knew I was in for something special. The twist in the plot? Yeah, I figured that out early on, but boy, the 'why' behind it had me hooked like a fish on a line. I just couldn't stop reading until I uncovered all the secrets.

Now, let's talk about Callum. Oh, Callum. He's the epitome of that domineering yet sweet kind of guy that I adore in romance novels. His possessive and obsessive behavior? I have to admit, it had my heart fluttering. I couldn't get enough of him, and the way he interacted with Emery was just magnetic. Their chemistry was off the charts, and it made their romance so intense and addictive.

Emery, our leading lady, was an absolute force to be reckoned with. I loved her from the moment she appeared on the pages. Her humor, quick comebacks, and independence were like a breath of fresh air. I found myself laughing so many times throughout the book because of her wit and charm. She's the kind of protagonist I admire—strong, sassy, and unapologetically herself.

The banter between Callum and Emery was pure gold. It had me grinning like a fool, and I couldn't help but get emotionally invested in their journey. It felt so real, and their relationship development was beautifully written.

J.T. Geissenger's writing is simply amazing. The way she blended humor, romance, and mystery is masterful. I was completely absorbed in the story, and the whole experience was just so enjoyable.

"Liars Like Us" is an absolute must-read. I couldn't recommend it enough. Trust me, you'll be laughing, swooning, and feeling all the emotions right along with Emery and Callum. It's a journey you won't want to miss for the world.

Funny banter and comebacks. Outrageous. I like the little pushback from character so that she doesn’t seem too much like a pushover. Fun times! It has awareness of the over-the-top billionaire tropes and called it out.

Liars Like Us was my first book by J.T. Geissinger. And to be honest, I'm not sure if it was the best book to start. Don't get me wrong, the writing style is intriguing and I definitely will pick up another book by her, but there is just something about this one that simply didn't get through to me.

It might be the fact that this book is written solely in Emery's POV. To me, to understand everything better, specially a morally grey hero, I need his POVs as well. This made it hard for me to connect with Callum on a deeper level.

Also, the ending felt rushed to me. And I'm still confused about Callum's side job.

Even though many questionable things happen in this story and red flags (at least in real life they would be) are thrown out left and right, I thoroughly enjoyed Emery and Cullum's banter. The flow of the story was nicely paced and kept me interested. There is some push and pull between Emery and Callum that ends in hot tension and scenes well placed within the story.

I LOVED it! This book surprised me. It is not just another billionaire romance. It is the best that I have read of the billionaire (and other) romance books. Everything flowed so smoothly, no jerks out because of mismatched tense or other errors. The dialogue was natural and hilarious. You get really attached to the characters - I WANT MORE OF THEM. Oh yeah, it was quite the
