This is my first Fitzek read and i picked the wrong one to listen to instead of read. The storyline is complex with Leon having 3 different realities, so at times, I got lost. If I had the physical copy and was reading it, I would have gone back to figure out how I got lost, but this was not a possibility on audio.


Outside of this, it was an interesting storyline and I do have two more of his books lined up to be read this year.

Mir persönlich hat das Buch nicht wirklich gefallen.
Der Anfang war wirklich viel versprechend, die ersten 100 Seiten haben mich noch in den Bann gezogen, aber dann hat Fitzek mich verloren. Die Story erschien mir wirr, zu sehr aus der Luft gegriffen, als dass ich sie zum Ende hin noch wirklich ernst nehmen konnte und in den letzten Stücken habe ich es nur noch weiter gelesen, weil ich wissen wollte, wie sich der Autor einen sinnvollen Schluss zu sowas vorstellt.
Das Thema hätte wirklich viel bieten können, aber meiner Meinung nach wird es einfach zu krus zum Ende hin, als dass die Story noch glaubhaft und emotional ansprechend bleibt. Es ist zu unwirklich, um mir mehr als ein Stirnrunzeln abzuringen.
Es ließ sich vom Schreibstil her aber gut und schnell lesen...
