4.5 stars. Dillion was an absolute dick! Emily needed to grow a backbone and Gavin was to die for (even if he was chasing his friend's girl). I loved the story of these three. It evoked all kinds of emotions, but at the end I was just as devastated as Emily and Gavin. In to book 2 and hopefully a HEA!

Gah! It feels like getting drunk on the bar and ends up with massive hang over. I wish i can erase this book.

The problem is the heroine, emily. She has a boyfriend that is so controlling ( not in a good way) and she is his doormat. I want to bitch slap her.

And then come gavin. The sexy, tattoo, filthy rich who wants to be with her. If i was emily, i switch to gavin like switching a light.

But yet, because emily is very very doormat and no self respect, she stick to the bad boyfriend.

I listen until 60% then i stop. This book gives me anxiety.

I give credit 2 stars to gavin. I like gavin. He has me at his tattoo.

OMG! I am speechless right now! I can't breathe. I think I held my breath the entire time I read the last chapter. This book was on the back burners for me for awhile as I watched it slowly make its way up the best selling list on amazon. I don't know why I was so reluctant, but I am so glad I finally caved and read it. I only wish I waited longer, because I'm not sure if I can wait until the summer for Pulse. This story will definitely stay with me for awhile. I fell in love with Gavin Blake from the beginning and it kills me that Emily never saw through Dillon's B.S. I need the next book ASAP to pull me out of the depression the ending has left me in.

And I think I have the unpopular opinion because there are a lot of nice feedbacks and I'm like one of a few who don't like this book.

Dillon is a bastard and Gavin and Emily are dancing around. They irritated me a lot. Oh, did I mention that there was cheating and that Emily was abused too? And she won't even acknowledge it. Like she allowed him to abuse her all because of love? I just wow. It was dragged, it was cliche.

I'm so confused why this book has high ratings. Sorry.

*I received a free ARC of Collide from Atria Books via Edelweiss in exchange of an honest review*

While there is a lot of Drama in Collide and it is quite predictable, I still enjoyed both Gavin and Emily. The writing is good, and I got to know the characters well.

This and all my other reviews are originally posted on my blog (un)Conventional Bookviews
