So much better than the first book—because it’s more believable with the characters being adults. I still wished for more than nebulous socialist goals by the Ravenhood. I sort of gave up on that and just appreciated it for the epic love story it was aiming to be.

Y'all!!! This one had me in a chokehold. I will never recover from this one!!!
I finally decided to start again after having my heart shattered. Here comes part 2....yay. It wasn't much easier to read. The heartbreak and just plain ol' sadness 😔.
I am at a loss for words. This book destroyed me in ways I will never recover from. All the heartbreak was almost unbearable. I had to put it down for a minute because I just couldn't take it. But there can't be heartbreak without love. I absolutely love these characters. Their stories, their relationships, their everything!! I'm so hoping the ending is not giving me false hope. But I'm afraid nothing in their relationship is going to be easy.

"You catching feelings for me, Pup?"

"We love rainy days, don't we baby?"

"Your heart is not your weakness, Cecelia. It's mine."

I started this book as soon as I finished Flock. The amount of drama and surprises kept me hooked. I am obsessed with this series and can't wait to move onto The Finish Line!

I have so many thoughts on this. First of all it’s like having the same conflict and reliving it over and over and over. For example, she’ll be like “I just want closure”, next page “actually I’m going to fight for us”, next page “I’m not going to break you up with your girlfriend, you deserve to be happy, next page “don’t you dare be a cheater, next page *cheats*, next page okay I’m going to move on, next page “jk let’s be together forever”. Also it kind of made me hate the guys from the first book. But at the same time it also made me emotional a few times so I guess it’s not that bad

so boring just kept dragging on

This book ripped my heart to shreds. I can't rate it or really review it until I process all that has happened.

Just finished the series. I will never get over this book. I felt every single emotion and cried real tears. I love a book that can bring you to your knees.

I enjoyed this book, but don’t understand the hype. At no point did I think this book ‘broke’ me like so many reviews and videos I saw! I did enjoy it and will definitely finish the trilogy to see what kind of heart break Cecilia goes through next!
