Honestly, this is probably my least favorite in the series so far. I had high expectations for it because a lot needed to be done to redeem Cain. I felt like while his mind had changed about the order because of the brother sister sharings, he still hadn’t done enough to be redeemed.

I was often pretty torn in this book. I was glad that the hangmen didn’t kill him but I also understood why they were still being so harsh on him at the end. I like Bella as an FMC but I’m going to be honest I didn’t really like them as a couple.

Now that I have read the book after this, he does way more in it to redeem himself than this one. I kind of wished I could have skipped this one but needed it for context.

I'm undecided about this one. It was just ok. Didn't love it, although it was better than book 3 which I hated. I never really warmed to bella or rider at all. I'm kinda fed up with all this cult stuff to be honest. I might give the next book ago and if I don't like that one, I think I will leave this series be. My problem with this book is rider ? Mae told him she was raped as a child and he didn't believe her in the first few books, has the three sisters kidnapped, and now he suddenly does realise all this cult shite is wrong, after the awful shit that happened to Delilah, bit too late in my opinion.

My other problem with this book; why is rider a part of this series if he doesn't become a hates hangman? Maybe it come at a later date, who knows. Oh and I like alpha males and rider isn't an alpha, another reason for me to no likey.....

I totally loved this story. This entire series I’ve enjoyed.
The MC’s are just, wow. Their stories are crazy.
The audiobook is a dual narration, not my preferred narration but the storyline kept me so engaged.

If Cain/Rider had only been fed the bare minimum food required to keep him alive for a couple of months, wouldn’t he have looked rather emaciated? Wouldn’t people have been able to tell? I still love this series, though.

This has to be one of my favorite series of all time. I get so entranced in the books, I just can't stop listening. This one featured Rider and Harmony. I have been looking forward to Rider's story since book one and could not wait to get into it. Picking up where book 3 left off, Rider is in a cell, which is where he meets Harmony, a cursed woman of Eve. What happens throughout this book is hot, sexy, horrifying, tragic, unbelievable and so incredibly captivating that the earbuds just would not come out. Each scene held a twist, a turn, an emotion that made you cringe, smile and cry.

The narrators of this book, JF Harding and Athena Pappas are magic together. I cannot wait until book 5

I’m so glad Rider got his comeback story! I this one had my favorite storyline out of the ones I’ve read so far.

I almost cried over this one. Redemption is the main theme in this one and it was beautifully written and absolutely heartbreaking. This series is insane

Oh man, this one gutted me. Such a tragic end to the cult’s storyline. I personally think Rider definitely earned his redemption arc and his relationship with Harmony was so touching - the way they saved and lifted up one another. Looking forward to Phebe and AK’s story!

What is the sign of a good book? If it's able to completely mess up your emotions. Which is why I only gave it three stars. It made me too angry to give more stars.

And right this moment the emotion that reigns me is ANGER. Anger at the Hangmen and their behaviour. Literally I wanted to jump into the book and slap them all around! Can't believe their holier-than-thou behaviour. Hopefully in the future they will fall down their high horse and learn something. Better yet, I hope Rider has to safe their asses, now that would be a scene I would love to see.

How can it be that difficult to understand that men also can be brainwashed, just like their precious old ladies? Why is it okay for two of them (yes Tanner and Tank, I look at you) to have been in a Klan group and probably commiting atrocities but just because Rider was a Brother it is unforgivable?! That's the kettle calling the pot black.

Other than that I am in love with Harmony! You go girl! Finally someone who has a back-bone and doesn't let those bikers walk all over her.

Happy that Lilah received a miracle and that the four sisters are reunited again.
